Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with any tags, labels, accessories, and order documentation included.
Final sale items, customized products, used items, gift cards, and items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless required by law.
Contact us at jeremywilsonllc@outlook.com with your order number, name, reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We will provide return instructions when the request is approved.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit where permitted.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
